Eligible customers must claim their eGift Card within 90 days of receiving the eGift Card claim email, following the instructions within the email.

At the point of redemption, a valid email address must be provided for the eGift card to be supplied. Once redemption is completed, you will receive an email with your eGift card details after the order confirmation. For help using your eGift card, please email: support@citirewards-retailbank.com quoting your unique claim code. Redemptions may not be reversed, cancelled, or changed. eGift cards are non-reloadable, and non-redeemable for cash and are not able to be used to make payments on credit cards or store accounts. Expired eGift cards cannot be extended or replaced. Once the claim code is redeemed, the selected eGift card is subject to that merchant’s applicable terms and conditions, including where you can use the eGift card, any excluded spend and the eGift card expiry date. The website and the eGift card redemption process is managed by Digital Glue on behalf of the Australian retail division for Citibank Pty Limited.
